Terms and conditions of INFONOVICE services

Version of 28 September 2026

📄 Provisional version. INFONOVICE’s postal address and the consumer mediator’s details will be added before the final version. This page is a translation: the French version prevails.

These terms apply to all INFONOVICE online services: websites, apps and paid offers published under the infonovice.fr domain. A service may also have its own specific terms; where they conflict, the specific terms apply to that service.

1. Who we are

See also the legal notice.

2. Services covered

These terms cover, in particular, Infonovice Maps and Maps Pro, Family Circle, Pariétal, Arpentine and Playlist. Specific terms currently in force:

A service publishes its specific terms before opening a paid offer. Until then, only these terms apply.

3. Your account

4. Fair use

You use the services fairly and lawfully. In particular, you must not:

In case of serious breach, we may suspend the access concerned after warning you, except in an emergency or where the law requires otherwise.

5. Paid offers

6. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw, without giving any reason (articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code). The specific terms of each service explain how to exercise this right and what is refunded. To withdraw, write to contact@infonovice.fr, or use the service’s withdrawal form.

7. Legal guarantee of conformity

Our services are digital content and services. INFONOVICE is liable for any lack of conformity that appears throughout the period the service is supplied (articles L224-25-12 and following of the French Consumer Code). If a service does not conform, write to us: we bring it into conformity free of charge; failing that, you are entitled to a price reduction or to terminate the contract.

8. Availability of the services

We do what is needed to keep the services available, accurate and secure. They may be interrupted for maintenance, or when an external data source does not respond. Information drawn from public sources (maps, traffic, open data) may be incomplete or delayed: it does not replace your own vigilance, especially when driving. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law grants you as a consumer.

9. Your content and our intellectual property

10. Your personal data

What we do with your data is described in the site’s privacy policy and in the policy of each service.

11. Complaints and mediation

For any complaint, first write to contact@infonovice.fr: we will reply as soon as possible.

If the disagreement persists, you may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator INFONOVICE belongs to (articles L611-1 and following of the French Consumer Code), within one year of your written complaint: [name, address and website of the consumer mediator, to be completed].

12. Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, you may bring proceedings, at your choice, before the court of the place where you lived when the contract was concluded or when the harmful event occurred, or any other competent court (article R631-3 of the French Consumer Code).

13. Changes to these terms

The version that applies to an order is the one in force on the day of that order. A new version is announced to you by email at least 30 days before it applies to an ongoing subscription; if you refuse it, you may cancel before then at no cost. Versions are identified by their date, at the top of the page.
