Contact / quote form: name, email, message content. Purpose: answering your request and preparing a quote (pre-contractual measures, GDPR art. 6.1.b). Retention: 3 years after last contact.
Newsletter: email address, based on your consent (GDPR art. 6.1.a). One-click unsubscribe in every email. Retention: until you unsubscribe.
BeliA assistant: chatbot conversations may be processed by our conversational-agent provider to generate replies. Do not share sensitive data in the chat.
Analytics: anonymous, aggregated statistics (page views, country, device type), cookieless, with no individual identification.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking cookies. If a future feature required non-essential cookies, a compliant consent banner would be deployed beforehand.

Recipients and transfers

Your data is never sold or shared for commercial purposes. It may pass through our technical processors (Cloudflare/OVH hosting, emailing tool, conversational agent) under GDPR-compliant contractual safeguards.

Services and subscriptions

This page covers the infonovice.fr website. Each INFONOVICE service has its own privacy policy describing the data it processes, including: Infonovice Maps and Maps Pro, Family Circle and Pariétal (in French).

Payments for paid offers are processed by Stripe, our payment provider: Stripe keeps your card, and we never see its number. The rules common to all services are in the terms and conditions.
